Smurfing a !!!!

Really?? AF already??? I just turned 6 weeks pp, got cleared to get my freak on, and I just got my period! Does that mean ill be getting every month now or could I still not have regular periods? Does this mean I'm ovulating again already? Better get on the patch ASAP, and of course condoms. Great now we gotta wait til I'm done.... Well played Mother Nature.

I got mine 3 months PP as soon as I stopped EBFing... Mine have been regular from the time i had my first one. You should assume you ARE ovulating and use protection!

They could be irregular but they could be regular too. Mine always was once it came back. If it is your pp period then yes you are ovulating and should be using protection.

I got mine 6 weeks PP right on the dot (which is why my OB told me to start the mini pill at 4 weeks PP, but I didn't...which gave me TWO periods this month. Yay).

Definitely do some birth control because you're already ovulating. Are you breastfeeding? If so, it could just be more postpartum bleeding. That can happen on and off until 8 weeks.

Compared to other bc yes, I suck at remembering the pill and am prone to gaining weight so the depo is a no. And idk about iud. The thought of foreign objects in me isn't appealing

I had the patch and it made me sick, I was vomiting and fainting multiple times for over a week. HAd no idea why, until I went to the ER and they took it off and everything got better. LOL. If you haven't had it before, be careful! I recomend Implanon, its the thing they put in your arm.

Yes bf. I thought it was more pp bleeding but it feels like a period. Cramps, bloating and this might be tmi but the smell is like period blood now and not the same as the lochia. I plan to use protection no matter what, I am not ready for another baby until this one is at least potty trained

We are using condoms no matter what! Lol

The BC options for BFing mothers sucks. mini pill, IUD, depo, implanon, or you are going condoms and such. I ended up on the mini pill just set an alarm on my phone. I am done BFing now and going back to the ring.

What kind of hormones does it have? How does it work like switching it and what not? I had it a few years ago and it worked pretty good for me along with condoms

Right! I was like that's all?? Lol. I considered the diaphragm but I just don't feel like its for me
