Grower= small when soft, significantly bigger when hard.
shower = about the same size hard or soft, just harder

My DH is a grower. Man has huge feet and hands and when he's not hard you'd think he's small---but you get a BIG surprise later ;)

When my mom (TMI--I wish I didn't know this!) started dating her boyfriend she called to ask me why he was so small when he wasn't hard---she thought it was because he's older than her exes by about 10 years and thought it was a old-guy thing, haha. Good to know all her exes have been showers *BARF*

My DH is really big and muscly and ripped so his little softie looks funny to me. He's only 5'8 but all those muscles look like he should have a massive dick---but once you get him going---it's ALL GOOD!

Mostly 'showers' in my experience are moderately sized or smaller and don't get much if any bigger when they're hard.
