Tony can be both, lol. Sometimes he is just a shower (hes not small though) and sometimes he grows. It all depends on the mood and sometimes where we are (camping he is hard as hell but small, damn thing shrinks. Gotta love cold weather!!!)

Just wanted to point out that there are several factors that can affect flaccid size by the way - cold is the most well known, but for some people (me included) excess alcohol can make it very, very tiny. One time, i was so drunk i had to be undressed by my then girlfriend and she told me the next day it was so small it was hardly there at all.. she was quite concerned lol.

My hubby isn't super effected by cold (he used to work outdoors year round, so I have noticed). And I've noticed alcohol effects it---but usually because the thing won't go down, haha. My hubs is a VERY horny drunk!
