Awful rash on my chest

My chest is on fire it's red and itchy And very irritating and uncomfortable and I have no clue what it is but a couple months ago I had the same thing break out all over my stomach and arms and it went away after 1 1/2 months but this seems to be getting worse and spreading I wish I could post a pic but I'm on my phone! Anybody have anything like this?

It could be psoriasis. Thats how mine it. Try calamine lotion. Stress can make it worse.

That Runs in my family but i don't think that's what it is because it usually doesn't start on your chest and it usually stays and not goes away'. I'm not sure though! Maybe stress

Could be yeast infection on your skin. I'd see the doc.
