Weigh more before your cycles? I am about 6 days out from AF and I weighed yesterday at 132. I have been weighing in at 127-128. Is this normal? It was like an overnight 4 pound gain otherwise.

This is why it's not good to weigh yourself daily. It fluctuates all the time. It is recommended to only weigh yourself once a week, the same time every week, for the most accurate results.

That being said, one of the major symptoms of PMS is bloating/weight retention, so...yeah. You're gaining lbs of water, not fat.

Yeah I think I have a problem. I weigh myself every hour. I think however, it stems from my eating disorder that I had when I was younger.

No. Went to counseling for it years ago, but ever since I have been married my weight has been really important to me. I want my husband to feel lucky, and have a sexy wife. Now I feel super fat.

I retain water badly. So I can weigh up to 5lbs more before my period. It SUCKS! But then by day 2 of my period I'm back down to my normal weight (125lbs).

Sometimes the week before my AF I'll eat everything in sight. It is a relief when I do start b/c the bottomless pit syndrome goes away

I literally gain around 7lb by the 1st day of my period and by the last day it's gone.

Last Monday I weighed 6.2lb heavier than I did on Saturday.
