I used to use Nexplanon, but my hormones are all screwed up so I'm not on anything at the moment. Loved it. No periods after a short bleeding spell of about 10 days. After it goes in it doesn't hurt and you can't tell it's there. Very effective, last for 3 years. No side effects for me but everyone is different.

i had implanon..
i liked it at first and i never got pregnant or had any major issues.. but i did have spotting almost constantly and i was moody, and felt pregnant all the time which sucked...
but 5 months after getting it removed im now almost 6 weeks pregnant. so.. so far so good my body still works lol

I had Implanon as well and didn't have any periods or weird bleeding but I did get the pregnant feeling all the time but that was about the only downside. I also got pregnant with my son the month after I had mine removed

I have paraguard its the copper non hormonal IUD... LOVE IT....

I was thinking about discussing this with my doc. since my body is so messed up right now. Did it hurt to get put it?

yah only because my office was 3 months behind on putting them in.... I had marina it did not hurt but i got it by 8 weeks PP.
