2cm dilated

so lastnight i started getting contractions that were a minute apart!! turns out i wasn't in labor but i am 2cm dilated does anyone know of anything that could help me dilate more??

walk!!! my sister went in with my niece and was 2cm dilated and she was born 3 1/2 hrs later do to constant walking when they were not checking here
