15 month old sleep patterns.

My daughter usually sleeps 8 hours at night (still wakes up sometimes between the night) and in the day she takes a 2 hour nap. Normal day is up at 9 am , nap 4-6 then doesn't go to bed until 1am. Some days she sleeps even less at night. Yesterday up at 9. Nap 2-4, nap 9-11, bed 1 am and woke up at 8. Is this normal? How much does your baby sleep?

My son is 2.5 now but since around 15 months he has pretty much always went to bed at 9-10pm wakes up at 8-9am and naps at 1-3pm.

My son is also 15 months. Ever since daylight savings, he's usually wanting to go to bed around 6, I try to drag it out until 7 if I can. Then depending if he went to bed at 6 or later, he usually wakes up around 6 or later, with a few times of random waking up and going right back to sleep (usually). Then during the week when it's just me and him, he'll usually nap around 9/10 for a few hours. Then doesn't really nap after that until he's ready for bed. Sometimes if he's really tired he'll take another little nap b/w then. On the weekends when hubby is around, he usually doesn't nap much at all, but the bedtime schedule is the same.

Most the people I ask their kids sleep 12 hours at night and take a 2 hour nap. Or sleep 10 at night and take 2 naps both 1-2 hours long. Not my kid. If she doesn't take a nap during the afternoon she takes a late nap and I think she is out for the night but then wakes up and wants to be up for hours. Some days she won't go to bed until 3 am! I'm feeling so tired. I was sick Sunday night and only slept 4 hours but in 2 hour intervals. Last night I slept from 2-8 and I'm so exhausted. I want to cry. I'm 6.5 months pregnant and am so worried about what life will be here when I have my baby.

When she goes down for her 9 p.m. nap could you go to sleep then too? Maybe if she thinks you're out for the night, she'll stay asleep instead of waking at 11 p.m.
Sometimes babies wake up just to be nosey. They don't like to miss any of the action going on around them. lol

my daughter ( 19 months) has been taking one nap a day for about an hour- 2hours. We get up between 8-10am. Nap most of the time at 1 or 2. Then bed BY 11. It has been this way since she was 13-14 months. before that she was taking 2 naps a day, but everything else was the same
