Attention: Parents of Toddlers NEED ONLY 6 MORE REPLIES!

I need your help to fill out this survey from my college project. It is a simple 10 questions survey about your child eating habits and if you consider them pick when it comes to eating. My goal with this research to create a design that helps parents to not only teach there little ones how to eat healthy but to get them involved. Getting them involved will help them in the future to know how to eat healthy. I do need 5 responses by Tuesday I only have about 20.
This is a college project. Your survey answers are anonymous and will only be used for this class.
