Mineral water is basically just water that is naturally fortified with minerals derived from a mineral spring. It isn't carbonated unless you specifically buy sparkling mineral water.

Thanks for all the help ladies. Ill try the non fat milk and a small dose of milk of mag when necessary. What are galviscon tablets? Im definitely looking forward to the end of this pregnancy so i can eat some pizza. Lol its my fav and i havent had it for over 3 months..

Only if you don’t feel that you are getting enough minerals from your tap water and everyday diet. Mineral water is an excellent source of calcium and magnesium. Magnesium lowers blood pressure, so it can help some women who have a history of PIH (such as myself). Beware, too many minerals are not good for you.

Okay i see. It *might* decrease my chance of getting the acid reflux since it has calcium in it unlike regular water. What kind of mineral water do u normally drink?
