Happy Anniversary to me....

Its been over 4 years since I have smoked!!! My home doesn't smell like an ashtray, my hair, clothes, and breathe doesn't stink :-) I don't get sick 1/2 as much as I used too!!! And I can walk more than 3 blocks with out my asthma kicking my butt... I smoked 18 years :-( I'm too young to say that...

No offense to people who do smoke Im sorry if I offend anyone Im just proud of myself!

its so hard to deal with the smell now let alone trying to smoke one would kill me worse than the first time i ever smoked! tell him to stay strong!

my SO never smoked and thought it would be nothing to just up and quit HA! he has no idea tell ur hubby good work!~!

I've never been a smoker lol but he's tried a few times and failed except this last time. It takes a lot of dedication and I admire that! Good work to you too
