weird pains?

okay well today the weird pains when i move or push by my ovaries hurts bad... my ovulation calenday said i ovulated the 1st and concived the 2nd by my peroid but idk. my last peroid was november 16th. could i be pregnant?!? i hope so!

Could be a cyst. With both my pregnancies I never had my ovaries hurt. But I have had lots of cysts that make that area tender, swell or get really hot. But might want to get checked for a tubal pregnancy just in case.
