Water breaking?! Help!!!!

Is it all at once like a big guh or can it be small gushes??? I went to pee and I was done and I kinda pushed (idk why) and a gush came out and after I wiped and stood up it keeps coming out in small gushes

Mine was a huge gush, all over the place in Walgreens it was very noticeable!

How many weeks are you ? Seems to me you should go to the E.r

When I thought mine broke, I was told to wear a pad and walk around for 30 minutes. If the pad was soaked, then it was most likely my water and it was recommended that I went into L&D.

I've heard that most ruptures are usually constant trickles instead of the big gush you typically see in movies.

Mine broke on the toilet and every time I tried to wipe I would gush some more. When I stood up it stopped and when I bent over to pull my underwear up it would run down my legs.

The only time my water broke at home if was a little gush and then I would only trickle if I sat way back, laid down or leaned forward and pushed a little. Otherwise nothing.

Put on a pad and see if it keeps happening. Most likely if you lay down for a while and go to get up you will have another gush if it is your water.

Do you leak more when you are laying down? If so it's probably your water. When you stand sometimes the baby's head will block the exit and stop the leaking... sometimes... Call L&D and ask the nurses what they recommend.

I had 1 big and a bunch of small gushes after. I just threw on a skirt and a towel between my legs and went to the hospital...It's Go Time. Congrats.
