is it possible my daughters hair will turn blonde?

crazy question I know ... my daughter is 6 months old has very very light brown hair. is it possible that it can turn blonde? I'm only asking this because my fiancée's mother and grandmo hther both have blonde blonde hair and the back of her head wre she lost some looks blonde. TIA

I guess it's possible, but, hair generally gets darker with age, not lighter.

Absolutely. My high school boyfriend was born with BLACK hair, and was VERY blonde by the time we were in elementary school.

I was born with an almost black mohawk. By the time I hit 2-3, it was bleach blonde.
Now, nearly 20, my natural color is an icky dishwater blonde/brown.
Hair changes with ages/hormones/environment/etc.

Yep. Lo was born with black hair now its turning lighter & his eyelashes are turning blonde red. He's 4 months. I hope his hair stays dark with his blue eyes

my sons started out black, went ight brown and looks dirty blonde now.

Yep! I was born with black hair and it went totally blonde. All three of my kids were born with dark hair that slowly went blonde as they got older.  

Macie was born with dark brown hair.. She now has blonde hair.. Shes 2.

My oldest was born with dark brown, almost black hair and now at 2.5 has light brown hair with blonde streaks throughout her hair, naturally.

her eyebrows also look a blonde/ light brownish but mostly blonde.

It's possible. My son was born with deep dark brown hair and just yesterday the woman who did his photos couldn't get over how pretty his stawberry high lights are. It's getting lighter and turning reddish. Which is funny bc SO and me have dark hair.

One of my daughters went from dark when born to practically white. Both my dh and i were born with dark hair and it went blonde, have both gone darker over the years though.

My brother was born with jet black hair, went blonde around 2-3 then black again around 4-5. Kinda weird. Mine was blonde then really dark brown, now it's medium brown with natural reds in it.
