tad bit freaked out now...

So, my mom lives down the road from us. You can see her house from my front yard she lives so close.

Well, she just text me and said "Make sure all your doors are locked. Dogs just went crazy and when I checked on them there was a guy in the backyard. I chased him off, but who knows where he will go"

DH is in bed. I can wake him up if I need, but he has work tomorrow so I don't want to do that. My doors are locked. I just turned on a few more lights inside and all the outside lights. And I don't have dogs outside to help warn me! lol

I'd wake DH up. That is just scary.

Can you call the cops and ask for a courtesy drive by, since you saw a suspicious person in the area.

I will if I think there is someone outside. I don't want to wake him up for no reason.

My mom did once the guy ran off. When I was turning on lights and stuff I saw a cop drive down the street.

I doubt if he would stay in the area, I wouldn't be too worried.
