Fenugreek

So i know Fenugreek helps with your milk supply. My question is, would it be okay to start taking it now, at 38 weeks? And if you told it yourself, did it help you at all?

I used it for a bit and it helped. Not sure about taking it before you're due though.

I think it's not recommended during pregnancy, not positive though.

Do you have a history of low milk supply?

No, no history. I'm not really expecting to fail, just want to make sure i can do it, and for as long as possible KWIM?

im taking it now to help with my milk supply bubba is 12 days old and it has helped but its not recommended during pregnancy

You can and you will. That's all you really need to know. Just do it. The percentage of women that truly can't is under 4%

Guess i'm just worried since i wont even be going till my due date. I kinda feel like my milk isn't gonna come in.

You'll be fine. Look up your local Le leche league and try to attend a meeting now, and contact a lactation consultant in the hospital

One thing I can say is don't give up on it! Also another thing that helps your supply is oatmeal! (Plus it doesn't make you smell like maple syrup lol)
