So far I have retyped some stuff. I texted my friend who got on with them and she said they are def looking for you to be somewhat knowledgeable about what they offer so it is good to mention a few of their programs because she said progressive IS (this is how she put it) the first insurance to provide pet insurance and snapshot discount and that they have a lot of other things that they were first in so that is what they are. I am just trying to, at least, get him onto a second interview because he is a lot more relaxed in person than over the phone. He is easily distracted on the phone.
