can hpt results differ in 12 hours?

i took one this morning at 7am and tonight at 9pm and it was BFN.
if i tested in the morning do you think there would be enough hormones to pick it up? IF i were pregnant.
i will be 10dpo.

Its possible. FMU will always give you the best results since the HCG will be highest in concentration.

I had a ghost line at 8dpo. Tested at 9dpo & thought I saw something. Then 10dpo there was a faint line   good luck!

Alot of women I know, especially TTCers will tell you they get the best lines with smu and even in the afternoon. I always got darker lines with smu and not fmu. Good Luck

My lines were always best in the afternoon/evening.

lol right! What's up with that?!?! I am hoping to get my BFP this month. I got some pretty dark lines yesterday on my OPK. Hope it means something lol

w my son, tested at 12 am, bfn
then again at 5 am, bfp

I also got better lines in the afternoon or even evening just holding my pee for 3-4 hours.

I think I got a ghost line at 5am with FMU. Stopped at Walmart on my way to school. Haven't drank anything this morning gonna test again before class. Will be a 4 hr hold and SMU.
