Warning! **Boob talk.*

So, just today, my right boob started hurting, bad!!
not like pregnancy or period tenderness hurt..
like a sharp stabbing pain on the right side of my right boob..
but it's not on the outside like my bra, it's random on like the inside...
Almost like if it were period/preggo tenderness, only it's super sharp & hurts really bad!!
Have any of you ladies had this?

*Note: I am on Implanon & sexually active.
idk if that has anything to do with it... ?

I have it randomly. But its usually a few stabs then gone.
