This is my first full term pregnancy. I have them too, but IDK if they are "normal"

It is normal. I get period type cramps all the time. Doctor said it's just the stretching, your baby adjusting & your body juggling another pregnancy.

I'm of no help. With my boys I only got period like cramps like the day of/before I went into labor. With my last, my girl, I was having those cramps all throughout my pregnancy. It was always worrying me. She was born the day before her due date.

My suggestion though.... drink water!

I think it's probably normal round ligament pain. I've been told this is common and you shouldn't worry unless the pain increases or you have bleeding with it. Deep breaths and stay hydrated.

Yes that is normal. Its called braxton hicks orhappen mo practice contraction. They happen more and more with each baby you have. Ithis is my fifth baby and I am almost 32 weeks and for weeks now I have been having them. Sometimes it does get to the point where I want to cry. But just move around some or take a warm bath and it should easy up. But if they don't and the pain gets on a regular basices or every few min apair then you might want to get a hold of your obgyn.
