my weight loss thread

I decided to start this to keep myself in check. I've attempted to lose weight in the past but never actually stuck to anything, and its just gotta change... I'm not happy in any way with myself... Not happy with my life or my appearance.. I really truly believe losing weight is the key to boosting my self confidence!
Weighing in at 256. December 3, 2012.
height = 5'4 ish
Tonight i did the first day of the 30 day shred. I have never actually finished a workout, but tonight i did! In the past I've only made it through the first 6 minutes of the 30 day shred workout, tonight i did the full 20 minutes! I literally broke down in tears when i completed it! I have never been more proud of myself! Losing weight isn't gonna be easy, and if I'm gonna see results I'm gonna have to put in the time and effort! Right now my goal is to see my weight in the 190s. I don't want to lose a whole lot more. I'm very curvy, and happy with that. But as i start seeing results i may change my mind. I did take a before picture, but can't upload from my phone. I don't care if no one comments on this. Its for me to hold myself accountable! But motivation and encouragement is always welcome of course! Would love to see before and after pictures of anyone who has finished the 30 day shred!

Just finished day 2! Did the full workout 2 days in a row! Feel very accomplished, can't wait to break the one week mark! My goal as of now is to finish the full 30 days and lose 15 pounds by the 15th of next month (my birthday) thanks for the good luck! I know i can do this. After years of wanting change but not getting off my ass to change it, its time! 2 days may not be a celebration for some, but for me, its more than I've ever done!

Well.... I finished day 3... But i really didn't put as much effort as i could have today..... i am sooooo sore..... I can't hardly move my legs..... I did the whole 20 minute workout, but i know i didn't do it to the best of my abilities....

5 days in! Tomorrow I'm taking a rest day, pretty sure i pulled something in my right leg. But i am planning on taking a walk tomorrow! I've gained 4 pounds so far, but hoping that will drop after the second week! I know I've just built up some muscle mass, and I'm just happy to have stuck to it for 5 days! Having another weigh in next Friday!
