Her back hurts?

DD is 3 and since January every now and then she will say her back hurts. I've felt her back, nothing there, and she always tells me then goes on her merry way. I told her pedi and she said we should basically just watch and see if any pain gets any worse. She doesn't seem to be in much pain or anything because she'll just tell me, but go on on her merry way.

So my question basically is, has your LO ever told you something like this? Sometime hurt? But they still ran around, played and showed no "real" signs of being in any pain? I emailed her doctor again about it. I'm wondering if it could be because she's constipated? After she told me her back hurted today she said she "had to make a big one" but wasn't able to go.

I wish I could feel my babies pain and know what if anything is wrong  

My son is 3 an i`ll say my back hurts or ETC an he`ll say at odd moments his hurts too.Or mainly when I ask him to pick up something he`ll say I cant mommy my hands hurt..haha

lol. I will usually think nothing of it, but when she says it when I DON'T tell her to do anything and she just randomly say it, i'm like hmmmm...

but she ended up taking a HUGE "big one" lol and she says her back doesn't hurt anymore so hopefully that is all!
