sick for 3_4 days on and off

Pretty sure its a bug bc now my hubby and son have yucky feeling. . Son said he had record poop yesterday. .lol.. and well me too on and off. . But I'm also excessively sore in my chest belly and boobs.
Just wondering if baby can be sick too if it's a bug.. and the people near me are getting it too..
