How long after giving my 1 year old tylenol can I give her motrin for a fever

I believe it's every 4 hours. That's what they did the other night in the ER

How did you take the temp? DD just got over a 103.3 rectal temp and throwing up. The Tylenol dint break her fever but they flip flopped it in the hospital Tylenol, Motrin, Tylenol and that broke her fever.

What are her other symptoms?

I am taking it rectal I Took her to the dr last Thursday for a cold she has been on antibiotics and hadn't had a fever to And other symptoms ate funny nose and sleeping more

She's been on antibiotics and is now getting a fever? I'd give the pedis office a call and see what they say to do.

They r closed And we don't have a nurse line to call

Your pedi office doesn't have a Dr on call? Hmm I'd be switching Drs. What about your insurance company? Our old one did. You could also call into ER and see if you can speak to triage nurse

No, just seems strange after taking antibiotics. It's only 102 really since rectal is 1 degree higher.

Is your LO alert? Keeping water down? Those are important signs.

no a temp of 103 is not deadly...

She has been playful today but as the day went on she has seemed more tired and she has drunk and eat good today
