Teething?

I only just got home from work 2 hours ago but my mom had my 10 month old this afternoon. She told me he had a really red bum and he screamed when she wiped but otherwise he was pleasant. They even went to wal mart and he took a nap util l SO picked him up. SO told me after he picked him up at 3 he had a another messy diaper and a runny nose. I remember he had a slight one yesterday too. SO tells me the baby was VERY miserable, drank 12 ounces and fell asleep at 4. SO also says he gave him a dose of Tylenol. Well he has not woken up since. Fast asleep in there. His cheeks were bright red when I went in to check on him.

He has never acted like this before he cut a tooth and he has 6.
