I just attempted my Brazil butt lift master series, and I suck. Like I'm so big now that it was too painful to do those squats and such. I have never been this big before. What can I do to do lose weight? What kind of cardio can I do at home. I don't want to send it back just yet. I feel if I lose some weight first, it wont be as much on my knees?

omg..I had the same problem..i was doing the jillian michaels workout and my knees hurt so bad. But i just kept doing it and got used to it...but then like 2 weeks into it i quit....i'm trying to get back into it again. it's just hard working full time and caring for a baby.

Like its not that I'm lazy, I WANT TO LOSE weight. Its just my knees where in a lot of pain. && I work retail! Like I almost feel maybe I wasn't doing the exercise correctly?

no..i know what you mean...that is how I felt. My knees just hurt so bad from doing it (smurf my knees hurt when I get out of bed!) maybe if you just keep doing it you'll get used to it? idk...i don't have any other advice sorry.
