I would call and request the name if the owner. If nothing can be resolved contact the board of cosmotology for your state. Take pictures, names and the time the service was done. Being lifted it's a breeding ground for bacteria and nail fungus. They know it's not done right. Sorry you had a bad experience.

You were in the right. Did you take pictures of your nails? I would take pictures and I would also get statements from other nails salons then throw it in the smurfs faces. I would also still contact the owner. That is totally smurfed up.

Yup! Give me a moment and I'll post the pictures. I have the receipt with the time, person that did it, that's all covered. And asking for a manager? He WAS the manager and wouldn't do anything. ALL of the people there were talking smurf in Chinese. We are going to contact the mall, we were just so pissed and had to leave to get to Lily's school at that time we couldnt stay and argue.

But yeah, I took pictures, let me upload them and then you can see just how high up they are with the gaps.

Look here... you can CLEARLY see the separation. You can see the fuzz in my nails, and slight blue from leftover polish (thats not dirt, lol):





And they will not refund our money and says thats normal. My BG Mommas.... agreed that its botched?

Yup! Isnt it fantastic.... 50 bucks my Mom spent on that. I feel bad... I really wanted it done and Im telling her its fine and I dont feel bad. But I know my Mom feels bad... it sucks  

Those are horrible! I've only had mine done once and I can tell you how wrong that is.

I would be calling the health department and showing those pictures - they are going to cause some serious issues for some people.

Can the health department help me get a rightful refund too? My Mom is so sad, seriously shes on disability and just wanted me to have something nice, my birthday is soon, and shes SO upset. I told her its okay... its not her fault. But damn... they smurfed up.

We planned on that. We were going to dispute it with my bank, but since I used debit there isnt anything I could do... if I charged it they could of stopped the payment. Damn smurfs!
