Earlier in this pregnancy I had very bad headaches as well. Nothing seemed to help them, nor did they go away. When I brought it up to my doctor, she told me to drink more water, which I did. It definitely helped

Go get checked out. Headaches shouldn't last thay long and be unrelieved by Tylenol. And you bp is too low. As a nurse, we send people to the ER under these conditions.

That's what I thought could have been the problem. I've been drinking plenty of water (peeing like every 15 min it seems like, it's annoying  ), Not to sure what it could be from.

What would they do for me at the ER? I've had many issues with people not wanting to touch me or do tests and things because I'm pregnant.

I had the same issue this pregnancy but it was a consistent daily issue with the headaches and iron supplements helped. your BP is pretty scary low though. They get wonky about mine at 94/107

They will likely send you to L&D to be monitored and work on pushing fluids to get your BP up and then go from there. You really go though... don't wait until you pass out and DO NOT drive.

Run tests and see whwts going on. Your blood pressure with headache and nausea is not good. Could even be a life threatening issue. Please go be seen.
