About 6 1/2 or 7 months. He has greek yogurt though because cheap yogurt makes him sick.

Baby yogurt and our yogurt is the same thing. Just smaller containers. Unless its cheese yogurt. Lol lo started on the same yogurt I eat. Mixed with avocados or tofu.
