How to make myself feel full?

I'm like 95% sure I have a hardcore food addiction. Im pretty sure Im an emotional eater. I don't feel good unless Im full. I think I tried trimspa when I was a teenager and it helped...because it basically acts like a sponge to make you feel full. I have always read to eat a lot of whole wheat to feel full...but it does not work for me. Does anyone have any other tips to feel full? Im usually good when I can keep myself busy...but when its cold outside we are usually stuck at home most of the day.

I find having a large drink of water with a meal fills me up more.

Drink water at least half an hour before you eat and increase the amount of protein.

Drink when you feel hungry. If you're going to eat something high fat eat a small amount of something rich so that you won't eat as much. Try to eat lots of protein and avoid carbs.

Lots and lots of water before meals and throughout the day. And lots and lots of fruit and veg. Try juicing. Drink fresh homemade juice between meals.

I was doing awesome for a while! I lost 19lbs and i had crazy will power. I feel like lately I just can't say no. I was doing awesome with water for a while too! I think it's just more difficult when its cold out. What kinds of proteins does everyone else eat during the day? Peanut butter is my absolute downfall...I will eat it without anything else.

Eggs are great. Chicken, turkey, pork, beans... I avoid red meat. Tofu, although I hate it lol. Protein bars after working out. Turkey bacon. bison is great too, it's very lean.

Bison is SO good!
OP drink lots of water. Eat protein. Chicken, tofu, eggs (though if you have high cholesterol limit eggs), I also avoid red meat
