Sleep schedule

posted 3rd Dec
How old was your LO when you started them on a schedule?
My son is gonna be 4 months on the 21st. I want to start him on a more regular schedule and also need to get him use to sleeping/napping by himself (instead of on top of me). I start school next month so i'm sort of stressing.

I put her on a sleep schedule from birth for bedtime. I try to do naps around the same time every day.

No. We co-sleep. I do put her in her own bed at the beginning of the night though.

my son is 4 months old and he goes to bed at 9pm every night without fail, most nights he puts himself to sleep after a bath and a bottle. he wakes up around 6:30, eats and goes back to sleep until around 9, wakes up to eat then sleeps again until around 1 or 2. then he'll be up for a few hours and naps again from around 5-7, then is up until bedtime.

he's pretty much put himself in that schedule lol hes a really easy baby, i got lucky xD

my sister is trying to get my nephew into a schedule now too, he'll be 2 in february. he's used to going to bed with my sister, in bed with her. now shes trying to transition him into his own bed, and now since ive moved out hes got his own room. its really difficult, and i see how upset he gets and how it frustrates her. i hope my son stays as well-behaved as he is now (though i doubt it lol!) but good luck to you momma   its better to introduce something now as ive heard its a lot easier to get them into it when they're younger.
