I'm so sorry for your loss momma.
I had a D&C in October of 2011 and was physically back to normal with the cramps gone and AF having returned by about 6 weeks after.
Be watchful for excessive bleeding and fever. Get as much rest as you can.

I'm so sorry mama. My first baby became an angel at about 10 weeks and I found out at about 13. It was the hardest thing to go through. Even after I had my daughter I still mourned the loss of my first little one so it's ok to allow yourself to feel what you feel no matter if you have other children or not. My heart goes out to you. Hugs and prayers!
As for the person who made comments that they didn't even want their child, it was people like you that made me the angriest when I had such loss. Why would you even say that to this mom who is grieving and you are still carrying yours? I hope to God that your child never finds out you didn't want them!

I'm so sorry for your loss I know how you feel I had a similar thing happen I had a strong heart beet at 8 weeks and when I went for my 12 week u/s they told me the baby had stopped growing at about 9 weeks   I also had a dnc I felt sore for about a week after it.

I'm so sorry for your loss. For me, the pain lasted for 2 days and then I was fine, as far as the physical pain went. Try to take it easy as much as you can.

How are you feeling? I had my D&C today and just got home about an hour ago. I'm soooo crampy, and my vag is killing me. We were both due at the end of June, and like you, I had a good ultrasound and heartbeat of 170 at my 8 week appt. I just dont understand.
