You want to get shedding that uterine lining asap, which is why you should get on something like birth control or, conversely, a hormone-regulating fertility aid. Anyhow, that is what I did -- opting for the natural supplement, rather than the man-made chemicals. I hope it works out well for you. PCOS is not a fun thing! If you do have larger cysts, you will need to get them removed before you can become pregnant. If that is the case, I would recommend being VERY careful about when/how you do the baby dance... because I have a friend who went in to have some cysts removed and it caused her to ovulate early and get pregnant right away -- but 4 months later, she gave birth to a dead baby.
I wouldn't panic at this point... see what you can do with OTC products and, if all else fails, see a doctor.
