After birth cramps

Ooooooohhhhh my God it feels like I'm in labor all over again! My face gets all flushed and I get so nauseous! Haha, they don't give me any warning either! It's just BANG! Horrible cramps. Phew.

How long ago did you has baby? And are you breastfeeding?

You can take ibuprophen for them.

Oh man did they suck!! lol

Ohh, also, a heating pad will help loads.

I don't have ibuprofen - I looked for them can seem to find them. The hospital kept me on 400 mg of Tylenol during my stay so km taking that. I was just venting a bit haha. I also do t have a heating pad. The Tylenol finally kicked in so I'm comfortable again! My oh my though, do they ever hurt.
Oh, and my LO is a week and 3 days.

If you're breastfeeding they tend to hurt more when they strike and can be triggered by baby's sucking. But they also completely go away after about 10-14 days if your breastfeeding because they are more efficient at getting your uterus back to normal.

I only cramped for not even 24 hours

He hasn't been latching but I invested in a nipple shield to gt him back on so that's probably why I'm cramping. I'm getting them once a day now.
And 24 hours!? You're so lucky.

I didnt even cramp at all with my first...but my second that i just had not long ago i cramped pretty painfully. So weird.

Not really. i didn't cramp to much with my oldest either. The cramps get worse with each kid. I think It was worse with my second because no one warned me of this little tid bit . With my third I was more prepared but it still was pretty bad for the first 24-36 hours.

Ididnt bf either of my kids and it was weird how i cramped after one but not the other.
