I'm so sick of having stomach issues.

It started after I had my son I developed gall stones, had the gall bladder removed when I was 4 1/2 months PP. Thought the bad parts were over.. Oh boy was I wrong I now have the runs a few times a week and smurf 3-6 times a day. And I have pain lots of pain sometimes that feels just like a gall bladder attack. I went to my doctor she wasnt sure I went to urgent care, they said nothing, I went to the ER because it was getting really bad yesterday and the only thing they said is my "liver levels are slightly elevated" whatever the smurf that means. I guess I'm going back to my doctor to do some more complaining. My butt hurts
