Iv in arm question

Short backstory was induced for blood pressure, week later nothing resolved had two seizures ended up with an iv in arm, iv in each hand...its been four months now and my arm where the iv was has a black shadow and if I lay on my arm like on the ground with the baby instead of going to sleep it hurts and I can't move it. I was wondering if anybody has seen anything like this or experienced it. Yes I plan on going to the doctor I just have to wait funds are limited to paying for baby doctor bills.

Same thing here after having an iv put in when I had my son back in august. I thought it was a blown vein and the blood would reabsorb. It's still there.
