Is Aleve okay?

During post partum recovery? They didn't give me anything for pain and told me I could take some Tylenol or Motrin, but I am almost out of both, don't feel like heading to the store, and cramping pretty bad. (period like cramps)

my baby was born Thursday afternoon.

f you are breastfeeding then no it shouldn't be used.
