I never pricked it and I honestly never read the bottle but probably not. The outer layer dissolves pretty quickly. I think I started with 1 and ended up doing 2 towards the end.

I started off at 34 weeks...1 pill a day orally..at 35 weeks I went to 2 pills a day orally. At 36 weeks I went to 2 pills orally on vaginally...and kind of stayed with that 'till the end. Do it vaginally at night...put a panty liner on. Just push them up there as far as you can! Here is where I got mine

dont prick it and def. wear a pad or something. You will be very oily, its honestly gross but worth it.

Using that much wont harm anything will it? Because i seriously want to thin/dilate some more and only have till monday. Doc was talking today that if i haven't made progress, she's going to push it back. But i'm nervous and excited, and everything has already been taken care of with SO getting time off work, and my mom coming up.


Also to everyone, would sitting on the edge of the bed and bouncing be the same as using a ball?

there natural so I would think it wouldnt hurt anyhting. Its just going to soften your cervix and since you are inducing in a week its not going to cause labor that quick, ya know?

Yeah...Normally with EPO you are suppose to start it earlier otherwise it won't do much for you. You can try though and from the research I have done on it, it shouldn't hurt you or baby at all. I would put like 3 up there during the night. You don't have to prick it...having them in there all night will "melt" it away from the warmth and all that LOL

I think she's just being a bitch because i refused the Cytotec, and now its all "Well we want to make your c-section risks as low as possible"  
I mean seriously, EVERYTHING is already in freaking place, and you tell me this smurf.

Ugh annoying! Look it up online..You can take quite a bit of them vaginally to try to help lol. It really helped things soften up for me! and helped with the birthing part as well.

It depends where you get them. I got mine online for like 15 or so? But you probably want to get them from walmart so you can get them faster...and they cost like between 5-15 dollars...depending on what kind they have there at the time.
