Bottles are a trial and error. I like the playtex vent air wide. I also liked the NUK bottles. I used Dr.Browns with my first. Some babies only do good with the cheap ones in the 3 pack.

Gotta play trial and error to see what works best for you and LO. DS only takes the parent choice bottles.

Dr.Browns...are my favorite. They have them in glass and plastic. They greatly reduce gas. BUT they are costly though. Worth every penny to me.
I got the glass ones because I knew I would want to use them for this baby too.
They are the best bottle I have ever used.

For easier use ..They have bottles with drop-in. I like them too.
You can mash the air out. They are easy to clean and use..Bonus..they are cheap.
And it depends on the nipple you baby will take as well.

Some bottles look nice and claim to have the latest technology but can be incredibly hard to use and clean. Also, some babies won't like certain nipples. I tried using playtex bottles originally that have the drop in liners you throw away after use. One problem with that was that you can't heat those bottles in a regular bottle warmer, which we had to start doing for my son to help with his delicate digestive system. I also bought some that leaked badly after being brand new. After trying like 4 different bottles I ended up using Medela, they are simple bottles and they work great, easy to clean. A baby is going to have some gas with any bottle, just be sure to burp them. Burp them halfway thru a bottle and at the end twice if possible.

Yeah I agree. The drop-ins are good and i like them as my second choice but like you said they leak if not closed good and you can't use a bottle warmer for them..They must be placed in very warm water...to heat. and that sucks when you are in a rush.

I use the vent-aire ones. My bebe is a lot less gassy when I use those and a 6 pack is about ten dollars at Walmart. Can't go wrong there

I like the drop in bottles... thats what we will be using. Oh and I put warm water in the bottle... so I don't have to sit and wait for it to heat.
