Well...he's friggin homeless, it's understandable for him to grab at any money he can   Look how skinny the poor man is.

From what I've heard, he has some sort of mental disorder. I really do feel bad for the man.

His own family has come out and said he knows they have their doors open to him, he chooses to live that life. You cant help people that dont want help.

He is a Vietnam Veteran with two kids and likely has PTSD and a host of other problems. He has said that he is afraid to go home to family and does not like contained spaces, which is typical of PTSD in Vietnam Vets.

People should not post photos without permission. Homeless or not.
