Health store shopping

If you shop at health stores, what are some things you pick up there? I'm going today to get some essential oils and it couldn't hurt to pick up some other useful things.

Bee pollen, acidophalus, colloidal silver, and agave nectar

I get homeopathic and natureopathic meds and supplements. Two main ones I get is Moducare and hydraplenish for my RA. And laundry soap if they have a good sale. And candy   And I browse and usually grab random items to try.

Bee Pollen is for the immune system.

Acidophalus is a probiotic.

Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic that I take daily as a preventative

Agave nectar is a natural sweetener from a plant (the same one that produces the main part of tequilla)

Lol, candy. I don't think mine sells soap   I've only been there once, to get fenugreek.

Thanks, I'll look into those. I have a really crappy immune system so maybe those will help.

The one I go to carries food and household stuff, and it has a juice bar. It's pretty amazing lol. I always spend way too much, but my supplements for my RA are $50 alone lol

We have two. One carries mostly vitamins and stuff, and the other carries lots of stuff but has rats so we don't go there

Oh yuck! The one I go to is an hour away. I haven't even looked for one closer lol

The one I'm going to is right across the street from my mom's house. Convenient. I just never go there because it's closed Sundays and that's when I get my shopping done.
