What do I do?

Well, I was supposed to go to court this morning because my BD denied to pay child support. Well the babysitter for my DD is STILL not here & court starts at 8am. I am not allowed to bring her to court either, so yea I am smurfed if this babysitter doesn't show up. Who do I call to tell them what is going on? I only have an 866 number for the court & idk what time the line opens up at so I can talk to someone. Should I try & call it or should there be another number I can find to call them & let hem know what is going on?

I would just show up with the baby and explain

Google the court number and call them.

I have a feeling that you're going to be getting bounced around on the phone until they get you to the "right" person. I would just show up there and tell them what's going on. Baby and all.

I called the number & it says the phone lines are closed. :\ Ugh!

I would but I have no way to get there either. :\ She was going to come with me & watch the baby while I was in court. The paper I got from the court about attending is because they want me to bring any facts I may have about his income that maybe he isn't telling them, but I have no damn idea about his money..I barely talk to the guy lol.

I would get a ride from someone else but it is already too late, I wish I would of known earlier that she wouldn't show up...because at least I could of found a way to get there even with the baby.

  that's so sucky...I hate when people can't keep their work. Specially a baby sitter, they're supposed to be reliable :/

Exactly, smh. And I was going to pay her 60 bucks just to sit there while I was in court which probably wouldn't of even taken an hour....
