Definitely, my friend who wanted his baby was heartbroken when the mom aborted. It sucks, but it's life. We're discussing abortion in Constitutional Law right now,so thats why its all fresh on my mind and easy for me to discuss. lol (Criminal Justice major)

Was the murderer aware the woman was pregnant? She wouldn't have been showing at 5 weeks.

He was charged with capitol murder, and got the death sentence.
The state of Texas allows a fetus to be counted as a homicide if the mother is murdered, no matter what the ago of gestation.
