hey ladies... i think i'm 18 weeks today but i'm not sure. lol.
so confused about my due date.

anyway i've been having tons of Braxton Hicks contractions again today . This happened a few weeks ago for one day. i think i grew considerable and that is why.

anyone experiencing this yet..?

I don't feel kicks either   but at my 3d ultrasound they told me the placenta is in the front and cushioning her kicks. But she was moving around a lot in there  

Congrats JJ on the boy! I'll be finding out next Sunday.. so excited!

I'd really like a boy but seeing as how my entire family and his wants a girl; I'm just hoping for a healthy baby period. My pregnancy is deemed high risk so i'm really nervous. I got a doppler and every day that I hear that heartbeat has been super reassuring. I can't wait until I feel some movement. It's my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect. I'm 15 weeks so I hope in a few weeks i'll feel something.

Congrats! I Go in on the 8th but i will be 18 weeks and my doctors are strict and i dont think they will tell me the gender till i am a full 20 weeks but i am going to try and see what they say.. I just dont feel really connected to my doctor =( i think i have met 1 of 3 doctors i will have a choice of.. but its frustrating because i just feel like a number on their list for the day. the nurses are much nicer. I have just started to gain just a few pounds but i can defiantly tell a difference.
Not sure what the babys kicks are supposed to feel like or if i can even feel them yet.. any idea what i should be feeling??

I'm 16 weeks 3 days and I feel them already. My sister did with her second around 4 months too.

Oh I definitely feel you there. I'm not a big fan of my OB. She makes me feel rushed and keeps dismissing everything with an enthusiastic "That's normal!" If you could see the look on her face when I tell her my concerns.. she makes me feel like she hates dealing with negative people. It's my first pregnancy and turns out its a high risk pregnancy after all so everything that "seems normal!" just isn't. The nurses weren't much help either. One of them called to give me my results and gave me the wrong advice as well.

But i am hoping all is well, I am taking my friend Nik with me, I am really excited to see how he reacts to hearing the babys heart beat lol. its going to be funny =D

With everything happening in our family lately, I've been a bit concerned with the health of my little girl. I was listening to her heartbeat last night with the Doppler and it sounded like her heartbeat was skipping a beat. It would be like whoosh, whoosh, whoosh and skip, then repeat it. Over and over. Do any of you ladies listening to your babies with the Doppler sound like this? my DH says im freaking out over nothing but her hb has never sounded like this. Do you think it could be a murmur or something? I go to the doc on Tuesday and she has been moving like normal...it just worries me.

I'm currently 15 weeks due June 30th!!!!

My last baby had a murmur. He was born with two small hole in his heart ( they did an ultrasound on him after her was born) one has closes and they are almost positive the other will heal. But they want to see him again around 3 yrs old. He shows no sign of anything wrong.

Lexi mama- good thoughts for baby coming ur way. Sorry I dont have experience w the hb Doppler thing.

In a few hrs ill be 19 wks   I was craving sugar sweets so hubby went to the store... I ended up texting him that I want a salad instead lol I told him Aaron was sorry. So w my 2nd they're saying I'm at risk for ptl again and this is gonna sound weird but I am freaking out over this. I have this really strong gut feeling that Aaron is gonna try to come early, like too early to survive. I was right about kes and her cord wrapped, I've been right calling each gender at 3wks. I knew Liv was going to look like FIL. I'm scared. I just had to get it out. I've put myself on pelvic rest. Poor hubby, but I just don't have a sex drive this pregnancy- at all.
