Im so sorry   I agree with Alisa though best thing to do would be to keep some distance but let her know your there if she needs anything at all.

Poor thing. I'm so relieved I feel him kick every hr now its much more comforting.

Baby is refusing to kick noticably. I think I've felt it twice today but seriously, it was so faint I can't even be sure it was a baby kick. Makes me sad. I know its probably just sleeping a bunch but I would love it to give me a couple good non deniable kicks just to ease my worry.

it will happen when you least expect it. Kinsley like to kick so hard i think im having a shooting pain and nope, its her.

Glad it wasn't ur water leaking. I feel those gushes time to time too. Sorry bout ur sil. I'd keep away for awhile. Friends brother lost his kid to SIDS around time I was having my 2nd. He worked at the hospital but I never met him before. They had him working delivering meals on the maternity floor. He walked n I thought (he's good looking like hubby's friend) found out next day who he was   I cried told him how sorry I was. I skipped the baby's funeral so I wouldn't upset him n his girl but he delivered my dinners... How twisted. our babies were a week apart. They came to our 2nds 1st bday. He was ok she was a wreck though. every time I saw her I wanted to cry. Still do. So I avoid them.

Update on SIL, the doctor said it was a chromosonal issue and that the baby was only measuring 9weeks 5days and had no heart beat. She should have been around 12 weeks ish so they think she was on the verge of miscarring on her own so they gave her some meds to help the process along. She was spotting a little last night and this morning but stopped right before she went in so that was proably the start of the process. My MIL said shes not taking it too well. I just hope this doesnt cause her to go into a down-ward spiral like last time   They did tell her there should be no reason for her not to carry to full term in the future and it was nothing to do with her or her body just the baby had some genetic issues.

that is so sad, i hope that she gets preg fast and has a healthy baby she can carry to term. Our bodies know when something is wrong with the baby. Im so sorry.


Queso you will feel baby soon! I was telling my husband when i hit 18 weeks, i wonder how long it will be until the girls can feel the baby kicking and asked him if he remember when sally started kicking hard enough for him to feel. He was like Oh its way to soon for that. The very next day BOOM kicking started and its been stronger by the day and often. I love it and its a huge relief to know he is alive and well. I am wondering how big he is going to be measuring monday! AND THAT HE IS STILL A HE lol. can't wait

I guess I haven't talked much in here. I feel baby every day lol That's why not feeling it today bothers me. I've been feeling it for about 2 ish weeks... started at 14 weeks 6 days. I've gotten pretty strong kicks too. So a day of not having much if anything, bugs me.

That's a really tough situation. I agree that the best thing to do is to give her, her space. Sending flowers and a card and waiting for her to come to you would be best. Just try to let her know that you care and want to be there for her, but you know she needs some time. Just try to keep in touch with the in laws to find out how she's doing so they can at least vouch for you that you are checking up on her. Wishing you the best of luck with the situation.

It will happen. This one doesn't do any big ones yet, just little ones and I think he's had the hiccups a few times.
