I like Nola Lynn.

So calling dd1s ped today. She ate a spoonful of ice cream, walked back to her room and passed out. I mean fell flat on her back, out cold, head hit the hard floor. She was unconscious for like less than a minute then started to scream and cry. I totally forgot she did this once before at MILs. I hope it's not epilepsy. My mom has it and it can be genetic. Earlier yesterday she had a Popsicle and some ice cubes w.o incident. The stuff online I read says- epileptic fit? Seizure? Or basics gal syncope? Anyone have any experience w this?

Thank you! And that's what this ultrasound was for.. her heart, but they did some 3D pics for me to take home.
Don't be nervous, they just gotta make sure her heart's pumping as it should and all the valves are in working order. I was nervous too, and for some reason they took my blood pressure AFTER the ultrasound and I was so nervous they were gonna give me bad news that apparently my blood pressure was higher than normal lol. I had a very complicated pregnancy last time, it was just a downright terrible experience all together, so every appointment it's like I'm expecting bad news, but so far so good! I'm sure everything will be good with your baby girl.  
Oh.. and my mom just emailed me today saying she scheduled a 4D appointment at this place we have here called Fun Fetal Photos, they do a one hour 4D session, they print a bunch of pictures, put it on a DVD and give you a CD so you can put them on your computer. It's like $50 but my mom said it's her treat. I'll be 28 weeks when we do it so I'm super excited.  

Wow, that sounds like a great deal! The one I go to is $70 for a 15-minute session. But yeah, I need to stop freaking out so much. I honestly just can't wait till she's here.

I keep trying to remind myself that I am in love with my sleep so I gotta enjoy this time while I can because i'll never get to sleep like this again. lol

Whattt?!?! $70 for 15 minutes?! That's ridonculous. This place is awesome, it's just one lady who does it, she's really professional, she takes you into a private room and lets you lay on the table/bed thing and you can have as many people in the room with you as you want and if the baby isn't cooperating and won't show you their face, she lets you come back and do it again no charge. There has to be a cheaper place for you out there. I can't believe that.. $70?! 15 minutes?! Craziness!
And yeah, I can't wait either. I keep thinking about how different my life's going to be with my little Layla here with me and I honestly think it's going to bring me and my fiance' closer together as well (we have a great relationship now, but I just know he's going to be the best daddy). I know it's going to be a nightmare sometimes, but that's just part of being a mommy.. being strong enough to survive it lol. But yes, I'm definitely enjoying my sleep now while I can.  

Haha, me and you both then! Me and my husband have a really great relationship but I know the baby is going to just make it even better than you could think possible. Me and him are just so wrapped up in each other that I think having this baby will be an important lesson to show us that our love is meant to go even deeper and needs to be shared.

And I'm sorry, it's actually 79 for 20 minutes. Lol.. So another 9 bucks for an additional 9 minutes. It actually took almost an hour to do the session because our tech was being patient trying to determine the gender with us so she gave me a chance to try walking around to get her to move, and it took just a few minutes to get everything printed out and our disc made. It's expensive but.. I can't really resist seeing her. My doctors office doesnt let us record the ultrasound so i've had to obsessively watch the footage from the 16 week 4-D sesh. I want updated footage!

Yeah, me and my man are like a married old couple already.. we don't really go on dates or go out, we just hang out at home, make eachother laugh, and go to bed together (around 10pm, mind you lol), but really I wouldn't change it for the world.. I love that man to death and I can't wait until our baby girl gets here to complete our happy little family.
And I understand you can't resist seeing her, I'm sure if I had to pay $79 for a 20 minute session, I'd do it. I'm just used to what we have over here so hearing that I'm just like, "Whaaaaaaaaaaat?!?!" lol. My doctor's office doesn't let us record our ultrasounds either, they just give us the pics to take home, but I can't WAIT for this 4D session so I can see her up close and personal (hopefully she won't look like an alien at 28 weeks lol). It was awesome with my ultrasound yesterday because it was the first one since I've been able to feel her move, so it was cool watching her moving around in there and being able to feel it as well.  
Do you plan on going back for another 4D ultrasound? You need to just fly to VA and get the sweet deal I'm getting lol.

So apparently I lied lol it's only a thirty minute session for $80. I really don't remember it being that much last time and I could've sworn it was longer. Last time I went was over two years ago so maybe it was cheaper then.. so I guess what you're paying for really isn't that bad lol. I just read a thread and people are talking about paying $150 and stuff.. that's ridonkkk.

Blah!! Been running around w my mw, insurance, n pharmacy since we'd bout nexxium. Ugh. They just got it straightened out gotta try Prilosec first for 30 days if that don't work then ins will pay for nexxium. *rolls eyes* Idc long as it works!!!

lol.. I thought maybe it was just more expensive here in CA or something. But yeah I want to go around 28 weeks too so I can see her face better. They are saying it's one of the best times to view the baby but she tends to snuggle and hide alot so I have no idea if I am going to get a good view of her or not. I swear they only give me five minutes to see her at the doctors office.

The last few pictures I got at my 20 week scan were terrible at the doctor's office. My husband agreed that we got a better view of her at the 4-D place.

My last appointment was yesterday, I was 23 weeks and 2 days and she looked better than she did at the 20 week appointment, I guess she just looked a little alien-ish because she wouldn't hold still for the pictures lol (it's the ones I posted in here a few posts ago). And I got my last 4D ultrasound with my last pregnancy when I was 28 weeks, but he had a lot of complications and didn't really look like a "normal" baby when he was born, so that could be why he looked a little different in the ultrasound. Hopefully this 4D ultrasound goes good and she isn't being crazy and we can get a clear picture lol.

Im looking for a link to a baby clothes website   i forgot to bookmark it. i tried going back through posts, and couldnt seem to find it. it had very natural colors and a lot of the onies were side snapped. please if you could post the link id appreciate it   TIA

ow do you get the 3d ultrasound pictures done? My doctors dont have it and i dont think i will be getting any more ultrasounds.. They really dont do anything unless they have too.. still the in and out in like 5 minutes. But is it something you pay out of pocket somewhere else?

Yeah, you can google 4D ultrasounds in your area and see what comes up. The lady I go to isn't located in a doctor's office or anything, she just has her business in her own building. Some doctor's offices offer it at an extra price, but yeah normally you have to pay out of pocket. My doctor has done a few of the 3D ones for me just to be nice (like the ones I posted earlier) but I wanted to go to this lady again because she gives us a DVD of the whole session, a CD so we can put them on the computer and a TON of printed pictures. Oh, and apparently a gift bag too lol. Most places offer the DVD and CD in their packages.
