wasnt sure where to post this but i had my baby boy last week. hes so precious but ending up having a a c section because i got to 5 cm and wasnt progressing anymore but i started bottle feeding him but i kinda wanna try breast feeding but i got put on pain meds bc of the csection. so my question is will i be able to if the pain meds get out of my system fast enough and how long do you think that would take.. also how long does your breast milk take to dry up.. any advice?

my dr gave me oxycodone but there only 5mg and the past 2 days ive been wearing a bra and a sports bra to keep em tight just decided i wanna try and breastfeed him but like the top of my boobs is like really hard now idk if it the milk but you can feel something could it be the breast tissure or something?
