Day 2 - No pacifier... Success??

So we are on Day 2 of no pacifier with DS, & (knock on wood), everything is going great.

We were going to start weaning him off of the paci preferably before 16 months old, BUT we seriously cannot find any of his paci's anywhere, sooo we've had no choice but to start a bit earlier lol. Which is fine as he is 12 months old, but I was pretty anxious as I've heard people say it was like pulling teeth.

& it hasn't been. Thank God. When putting him to bed for a nap or for the night, he will cry for not even a minute & then calm himself & fall asleep - No screaming & going crazy. I'm just thanking my lucky stars & hoping it continues.
