I didn't know the whole story before I posted. I can see where she would be uncomfortable with seeing you but like I said she could stay in the car. If he stops coming for visitation then keep track of it in case he tries saying you won't let him see ds.
My bd has stopped seeing dd because I told him if he picks her up then ill pick her up. I would drive her down there then he would call & say that he couldn't bring her home so I ended up driving both ways & got tired of it

If you are honestly scared then by all means call your lawyer and go get the texts printed with the date time and number of sender. I wouldn't want someone that crazy around my child either. As long as you aren't blocking visitation and it's clear he is not coming to see your son because of himself and not anything you are doing to the judge.

Nothing is better for predicting danger than mothers intuition. I can't stress enough to call your lawyer. Has the girlfriend been around long? I had custody of my nephew as a baby and we had a ruling made that made it so no one could have a significant other around him until they had been dating at least a year.
