Christmas "siggy" please?

Just looking for something simple. I used to be able to just put borders on my pics myself but it seems I can't find anything now. Any who... I just want a border around my children's Santa photo's with the year. Anyone able to help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

Did you win today? I'm pretty sure you clinched a playoff spot. I mean, even if you lost, you still would be 2nd in our conference.
